Raymond McLeod, a former Marine who police say strangled his girlfriend Krystal Mitchell to death in 2016 in San Diego before fleeing to Mexico. He’s muscular and has many, noticeable tattoos up and down his arms. He’s known to stay at hostels in tourist hotspots and ex-pat communities in Latin America. He’s now considered one of the U.S. Marshals’ Top 15 Most Wanted. The reward for information that leads to his arrest has increased, it’s now up to $50,000. June 2017
